We, at Abb Shop, stand behind everything we sell. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisﬁed with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of your purchase date subject to the conditions below.
If the following conditions are not met, Abb Shop reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of no less than 15%.
All returned or exchanged items must be in brand new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
Abb Shop is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
If you are not satisﬁed with your purchase, we will pay for the return shipping (only domestic orders). All international returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after the Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.
Important: “Google Account” Please makes sure to remove your Google account from your Smartphone device before doing a factory reset and returning the phone back to us. If you do not remove the Google account, the phone will be locked to your Google email address and we won’t be able to access the device.
We have the right to decline any return sent back to us with a Google account or to charge a fee to have the phone unlocked by a third party.
Please note if the item you return is used there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your credit. You may receive a refund for the item for less than a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible to ship the item back to us.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, you must contact our customer care team.
